am writing to bring to your immediate attention the critical water crisis prevailing in Mandideep. The town is geographically divided, with industrial sectors occupying one side and residential areas on the other. Due to the massive and unregulated extraction of water by the industrial zone, the local groundwater levels have completely depleted, reaching a near-zero state.Currently, the residential area is suffering severely. Citizens are receiving municipal tap water only once every four days. Despite this acute shortage, the local residents are receiving no financial support, relief, or technical assistance from either the industrial sector or the government authorities.Many residential borewells have completely dried up. We urgently want to restore and recharge these dried borewells to revive our groundwater. However, the local community completely lacks the financial budget and technical resources required to undertake such a large-scale restoration project.Therefore, we earnestly request the government and the industrial association to intervene immediately. We require financial funding, technical aid, and a structured groundwater recharge initiative to save Mandideep from this catastrophic water scarcity.
