Consortium for upliftment of youth There are many youth today who are unable to grow into self -reliant, mature citizens. More often it is the rural, tribal and the urban-poor youth that fall in this category. These youth need recognition of their capabilities and a support system that provides a platform for experiments and mutual benefits.
