Awareness Generation, Community Development, Disadvantaged Communities, Hiv/Aids, Sex Workers Welfare Mission of ACE promote and protect human rights of transgender women, men sex with men and female sex workers, in Tamil Nadu in specific focus with rural areas to improve the quality of life of and ensure violence free, non stigmatized societies and for a dignified livelihood for sexual minorities. Vision of ACE association for community empowerment (ACE) vision is committed in spreading information on prevention and cure about the diseases that affects large number of sexual minorities through novel strategies and tools that affirm culture and gender sensitive. ACE, also works to bring about a behavior change among the communities to protect them from diseases and provide access to quality treatment and care. In development we build the capacity of an individual through training and avid empowerment strategies. ACE also joins with the under privileged and sexual minorities in attaining their dignity and rights. All the work of ACE is based on protection and respect of confidentiality, non discriminative and non judgmental attitude, in all stages of activities resulting in personal independence and stronger communities
