Education, health, water, women issues, child development, urban & rural development Bhim Nagri was established with an aim to supplement the efforts of the civic authorities to upgrade the underprivileged parts of the cities. To create awareness among the marganlised section of the society with right base approach. Dalits, children, youth and women these are the target groups of the organization. The society has produced literature, arranged seminars, talks, and involved school and college students to create awareness among the public about the importance of a clean and hygienic environment. With the help of the municipal corporation it has undertaken planting of trees in the city. It is also engaged in a number of activities for the welfare and well being of the under-privileged children and women in the slums. These activities include Balwadis, community marriages, nutrition programmes, medical centers & children’s schools. AIDS awareness programmes and income generating programmes for the needy women and children
