Emigration To promote legal forms of emigration and to curb / discourage all forms of illegal emigration. To aid, educate, guide, counsel, help, assist the emigrants. To follow up the complaints, grievances of the emigrants. To give wide publicity of the training programmes imparted by governent of india and respective state governments. To set up training institutes. To set up trade testing centres. To advise government of India and respective state governments about emigration policy and procedures. To strive for the welfare and safety of the emigrants
