Health, education and entrepreneurship Cheer is a non-profit organization, working in the state of Rajasthan in India since 2009. Cheer promotes participatory development and participatory governance through direct field action, capacity building, research and advocacy. We are pursuing promoting and strengthening civil society efforts and participatory development processes favoring the poor, the oppressed and the disadvantaged sections of society. Cheer was established in 2009 as an organization to support the development of civil society groups in the state of Rajasthan and to help them integrate into mainstream development activities. Its stated mission is to create a social order of equal opportunities and access to information, especially focusing on the poor and disadvantaged sections of the society
