Health COCP aims to deliver appropriate care and support to those suffering from HIV/AIDS. It encourages the whole community to participate in this activity. The main goals to COCP include comprehensive care, integrating this model of care into the existing health care system, forging a close coordination and cooperation between NGOs and government health services and utilising traditional and alternative care patterns and available resources with provision of necessary sustainable support mechanisms
