The primary focus of the organization has been the development of women and children. It has taken up new challenges and opportunities in the social sector through following projects and activities. Total sanitation programme in different block under district West Champaran, district east Champaran and district gopalganj of Bihar state with the assistance of phed (parkalp), West Champaran, east Champaran and gopalganj, about 36570 ihhl (individual household latrine) constructed by the organization.
