To undertake appropriate projects to encourage and facilitate high level uniform practice by development of standards for nomenclature, curriculum, design, device, techniques and processes, research and developments, treat, education and training in the field of communication disorders. To establish and maintain libraries information services and documentation centre related to hearing and mentally handicapped. To organize job oriented vocational rehabilitation centre for the speech and hearing handicapped, mentally handicapped. To establish
