Child Welfare, Rural Development, Social Awareness Education is not preperation for life, it is life itself? kartavya is an effort by college students for upliftment of underprivileged sections of the society. This can be realized by providing them quality education, vocational training and health care. Our basic aim is to provide free education to students which come from families which are under bpl. Starting from a small group of students, teaching in a mandir in a slum, now it is a registered ngo with five centers in dhanbad itself. Apart from two-hours evening tuitions to around 500 students, we also sponsor 300 children going to good private schools for formal education.
