To develop tribal development activities as self help programmes by promoting the concept of self reliance and self supporting tribal through popularisation of Gandhiji constructive programme for tribal and rural swaraj. Provide awareness on health and hygiene, environmental sanitation, personal hygiene, skill development of the deprived sections of the community especially women and children. To undertake health service to the physically handicapped, duff and dump, leprosy affected and cured persons and involve in rehabilitation activities to them and to their dependent family in Kalrayan Hill area. To bring change in the lives of women, for the social, political and economic empowerment of women especially women from deprived community and to bring equity in the society. To educate women to fight against the social evils, atrocities, violence against women and basic rights to live in the society
