Upliftment of visually challenged society of Orissa This foundation was emerged to serve thousands of Visually challenged persons on 21st March 2004. Its main objectives are to find out solution of the major challenges confronted by visually impaired community in the field of education, trainning and rehabilitation. Due to inavailability of braille meterial in Orissa this organisation has established a talking book center to provide recorded books to the visually challenged. It has also set up a computer trainning center to train the visually challenged in computer skill. A resource center has been set up to provide various informations to the blind persons regarding jobs, trainning, scholarships, and government rules and regulations. It has planned to establish a vocational trainning/product center for the uneducated blind youth with in few months
