PCSW envisions the establishment of a society based on human values like liberty, equality, justice and fraternity which is free from fear, hunger and everyone gets equal opportunity to develop his personality to the fullest. To empower the poor and disadvantaged so that they can demand their rights from the society and to make them a part of the development process instead of treating them as mere recipient of aids and charities. To translate our goal into reality certain objectives has been spelt out by PCSW in the Memorandum of Association and maximum efforts have been taken to bring out these objectives into reality
