Disability, Education, Micro-enterprises, Sustainable Development, Training PSS was initiated in the year of 1981, International Year of disabled persons in the objectives of full participation and equality. The organisation was registered in the year of 1984 a mass-based voluntary organisation. Prevention of disability as well as rehabilitation of persons with disability through on-going awareness building, vocational training and post training self-reliance endeavour, were equally conducted by giving proper emphasis. Gender-equality was also followed in the regular programme. FCR was done in the year 1991
