Some eminent persons of Tohana area gathered at Karta Ram Modi dharamshala on 31st October, 2004 and decided to fight against some social issues like female foeticide, dowry, physical handicappedness, environment pollution, human rights violations, social services and fatal diseases like AIDS/T.B./Malaria etc. Because HIV/AIDS is a multiplier, so we decided to focus on HIV/AIDS for prime objectives
