Child welfare, Disability, Education Rakum School for the Blind was started by Sri Rakum in June?1998. Mr Rakum set this school in order to provide free education and also satisfy other basic needs like food, clothing and shelter to the visually impaired and under privileged children in a small apartment in Indiranagar (Bangalore) and now supports about hundred boys and girls
