It has initiated its work in 1996 with formation of mahila mandal in few nearby villages of yavatmal. Gradually it began to expand its activities among woman & distress farmer in the area. It has now focused its activities towards woman empowerment. It works directly with women, adolescent and youth through planning, experimenting & implementing activities supportive to sustainable agriculture and strengthening livelihoods. Objective to aware woman, adolescents & youth regarding their problem and issues and enhance their capabilities and capacities by imparting knowledge and skills for strengthening & encouraging initiative of marginalized sectors for financial self reliance with a view to achieve sustainability.
