Women empowerment Every human being has inalienable rights, guaranteed by the constitution of India and the international Covenants. However, due to variety of circumstances women are most vulnerable to denied opportunities particularly in rural areas. SPWES visualizes itself a people?s initiative for protecting these sections of rights, without discrimination on caste, color, creed, region or religion. Empowering people to avail themselves of rights and to persuade them to participate in the development process will be the mission of SPWES. Increasing the income level of poor families by organizing women into sustainable groups and to enhance their capabilities through CB programs
