Disability and children To give education and care and a dignified life, to the four sections of the disadvantaged people: the blind, deaf and dumb (hearing impaired), orthopedically handicapped and mentally challenged. Special education, therapies, vocational training, leisure, and income generation. To act as a centre for self-reliance of the disabled persons. We are providing free residence and special education to these Mentally & Physically Challenged children. They are given basic needs and provisions freely. Many children are being helped to do their self help activities such as brushing, bathing, toileting etc., because they are not in condition to do these things on their own. These self help skills are being taught to them. Our aim is to put them into main stream of society of education outside our Home along with other children in the society. Physiotherapy to Cerebral Palsy Children. Speech therapy to the hearing impaired children. To keep the disabled orphan children permanently in our Home if they have no one who will care for them. All these activities are being taught practically and theoretically through skilled, dedicated and service oriented specially trained teachers
