Sen in fulfilling the dream of Late A.C. & Madri Sen. It has 10 rural centres. One of them is a composite rehabilitation centre, from creating awareness and positive attitude among community. It has been awarded master trainers affiliation by RCI Govt of India. SHIRC is a State Collaborated Resource Centre of Hearing. It has stepped into silver jubilee year with a long list of achievements
