Training course The Swadeshi Council for Environmental Rural Development & Research [SCERDS] is a Charitable Trust spearheading the Swadeshi movement in accordance with the realisation of rural development through self-reliance. The activities includes development and transfer of appropriate modern technology for rural development and providing back support to the women and unemployed youth for starting micro enterprises by conducting regular training programs, supplying raw materials for starting village level production centres and establishing Panchayat level distribution centres with the assistance of Trivandrum District Panchayat
