Consumer issues, Disability, Education, Rehabilitation, Training RFS was established for a charitable cause with objectives focusing on services to the mentally and emotionally disturbed people. Some of its objectives include offering skilled help to these people and need support to be rehabilitated and integrated with the family and society; providing training for human resource development in the area of psycho-social rehabilitation; and creating public awareness and to enhance people’s understanding of themselves and the disabled
