Utf is a non-governmental organisation (ngo) situated in uttarakhand, India. It was founded with the objective to restore the environmental balance of Uttarakhand (lower and central himalayas) and to improve overall education in rural parts of Uttarakhand. From its inception, utf has been a youth driven initiative.
