The empowerment means equal freedoms and removal of injustice. People can develop themselves, provided opportunities are created. Widening gap between rich and poor is leading to exclusion of large sections of society therefore we need to develop strategies of inclusion help should be extended to poor, underprivileged & disadvantaged section of society
