Agariya Heetrakshak Manch successfully demonstrated that Solar Water Pump System works in the Little Rann of Kutch thereby reducing carbon emissions. When presented before the government, it was then formalised into a Subsidy Scheme by Dept of Industries, Govt of Gujarat. More than 4000 families could get access to Solar Water Pump System in last 4 years, which made considerable contribution to environment and livelihood of Agariya community
