State level resource agency on integrated water resources management CRM is a non-profit, registered society whose aims and objectives are best understood by its mission statement. Management of local resources for development those are ecologically sustainable, economically feasible and socially equitable for the people of Orissa. CRM fulfills these objectives through campaigning, policy/action research, media advocacy and networking, through need based extension and training and provision of information and documentation services, and through IEC/BCC inputs in all effective media, through implementation, for a wide spectrum of people-both in rural and urban areas of Orissa
