Social-economic development Disha visualises a society where the poor, the marginalised and the underprivileged have equals opportunity for their involvement in the development process which is value based and sustainable where women hood is not degraded and childhood is not spoiled and also have appropriate environment to develop their fullest potential. Disha works towards a just and sustaibnable society by creating conditions for meaningful involvement of the marginalised and underprivileged in the development process. It strives to enable people to analyse the situation of their deprivation and so motivate them to confront the situation through a collective action there by giving the reference community an opportunity to realise their fullest potential
