Disadvantaged communities, Tribal issues, Women’s issues IDS facilitates the development of a new social order in which the present unorganised and marginalised people are able to participate in decision making and where the decisions of individuals and communities are based on the values of social justice, equity, truth, freedom and the dignity of human life. It works explicitly with the tribal people, dalits and other marginalised groups by training them and making them aware about the importance of education, health and sustainable development
