Aged, Agriculture, Food and Nutrition, Sustainable Development, Training The Centre focuses on the sustainable development and empowerment of the weaker section of the society especially women, children, aged, tribal people, etc. Its activities include promoting livelihood support options, ensuring food security for the target people, promoting advocacy on alternative development models based on ecological balance, equity, etc. Apart from the above listed activities it also focuses on promotion of participatory development involving all stack holders and promotion of appropriate technology, action research, capacity building, etc
