Promote programmes aimed at conservation of forest, nature, environment, national resources and wild life. Work for the welfare rehabilitation of the orphans, physical handicapped children and helpless old man and woman and included in them a positive attitude towards nation building. Bring up model schools, vocational training centers to create moral character, national character and self-employment. Conduct training programmes, workshop, conferences, seminars, health and nutrition camps. Implement programmes on youth affairs, sports, cultural education, adult education, science and information technological education
